This has been the little breakfast and lunch spot I go to when I need to treat myself. After studying nutrition for over four years I truly believe that your health reflects what you eat. What comes in must go out!
Truce Juice is a beautiful little juice bar with a modern feel. The company provides organically pressed fresh juice for its consumers and serves house made cashew milk. Every product is made cruelty free, organic, raw, and gluten free.
Their website also provides cleansing packages with their juices and salads.

For me personally, this is not an every day spend-a-thon since their juices run $8-$12 a bottle depending on their ingredients. Like I said, though, it's a great way to treat yourself. I suggest investing in a juice rather than a pint of ice cream . . . except on Fridays. You can make ice cream excuses on Fridays.
There are three locations found in Wayzata, the North Loop, and Uptown Minneapolis.
