HOT SPOT- Parallel Café+Events

Okkkkk say hello to the most beautifully modern coffee shop and event center in the Northloop.

Parallel Coffee ranked high for Mason and I today as we sipped (chugged) on lattes and worked on business and leisure. It’s a designers paradise with creative light fixtures and aesthetic vibes. The coffee shop is wedged between two private event rooms that can be rented for weddings, workshops, etc.

The coffee shop, only 2 years old this winter, is located right across the street from the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market which will make a great pit stop when summer comes around after picking up bouquet’s of fresh flowers and home grown fruits and veggies!

For a girl who’s on the go a lot and works from her computer I was immediately impressed by how many plug ins there are in the building for computer or phone chargers. If you work or study away from home often, you know what I mean!

The business’ motto is “Nourish+Gather+Connect” as it offers options for both an espresso hang out spot and usage of their two event rooms, which also services in house catering. The Holden Room, larger of the two, can hold up to 250 seated guests and 400 standing guests. The Glassroom, smaller room, can fit anywhere between 10-75 guests.

For Mason and I it was just a great space to connect with one another and other customers. The natural light filled space makes for a pretty friendly environment. Oh yeah, the coffee and breakfast options were pretty good too 👌🏻
